About the Award

In honor of SCRS founder Christine K. Pierre, who tirelessly advocated on behalf of the voice and needs of the global clinical research site community, this award will recognize an industry leader who has made an extraordinary impact within the clinical research site community. Through their actions and innovation, they have exemplified the mission of SCRS to unify the voice of the global clinical research site community for great site sustainability and upheld the pillars of SCRS by supporting the education, advocacy, mentorship and connection of clinical research sites.

Make a Nomination


  • Must be an active SCRS member site in good standing;
  • Has made significant contributions to the sustainability of the clinical research site community;
  • Must advocate on behalf of the site community and uphold and support the SCRS mission.

Open to all individuals employed by an SCRS member site, the SCRS CKP Site Impact Award will honor those who have influenced the trajectory of site sustainability and growth and steered innovation for clinical research sites. One individual who has made a major impact within the clinical trial site landscape throughout the course of their career will be awarded annually.

Nomination Process

  1. An individual from an SCRS member site may be nominated by an individual from a SCRS member site or impact partner, or they may be self-nominated;
  2. The application will include a 300-500 word essay detailing how the individual has impacted the site landscape and why they should be considered for the award, including the nominee’s name, position, company and years in the industry (must be submitted to SCRS by set deadline);
  3. The SCRS Leadership Committee reviews submissions and selects winner.

Award Recipients Receive: 

  1. A Press Release, announcing their receiving of the award
  2. A Trophy awarded at the event
  3. A 1 year spot on the SCRS Leadership Council
  4. An interview article feature in one of SCRS’ future publications

Submissions must be received by September 4, 2020.

Nominations will be reviewed by a committee and the winner will be announced and celebrated during the Global Site Solutions Summit Awards Celebration
