As the U.S. eases back into live events, SCRS is focused on the safety and wellbeing of every Site Solutions Summit attendee, speaker, and participating exhibitor. This page will be updated frequently leading to the Site Solutions Summit in October. With the commitment of all participants and the SCRS team, our goal of a safe and successful Summit will be realized.

The hotel is opening at capacity on June 1st, 2021.
Q: Why is the hotel delayed?: The hotel staff is part of a labor union, and getting back to work, hiring and training each staff on full protocol has taken time.

SCRS expect changes with some elements of the Summit experience.
This will include:
Sanitation stations throughout every public space
Food distribution managed by hotel vs. buffet
Capped attendance and conference room capacity (please note, the current capacity guidance would allow for attendance levels seen in 2019. The Summit will cap below these levels, ensuring an abundance of compliance and caution.)
New room layouts (roundtables and spaced classroom) will include seating with appropriate spacing
Pre-registration for all sessions to monitor attendance
PPE available to all attendees
