Allison Reddick joined Eli Lilly and Company in 2007 and since then has worked in various areas including project management, marketing, IT, statistics operations, and clinical development. Currently, Allison leads a team responsible for the oversight and delivery of Lilly’s clinical trial recruitment efforts including leveraging community based research to increase outreach to underrepresented patient populations. In her prior role, she led a team of clinical trial project managers on Lilly’s COVID-19 monoclonal antibody program which brought forward novel approaches for the design and delivery of clinical studies. Through her personal and professional experiences, Allison has developed a passion for increasing awareness and access of clinical research as a care option for everyone.
