Dr. Bruce Rankin, DO, CPI, FACOFP has been in the Medical Research industry for 24 years and has been a Certified Principal Investigator(CPI) for 20 years. He has 35 years experience in Family Medicine with offices in Florida. He has been involved in over 500 IRB approved clinical trials as a PI or Sub-I. His recent research work includes participation with multiple COVID-19 vaccine early phase clinical trials. He oversees the Accel Clinical Research Unit that conducts Phase 1-4 clinical trials. He is Past President of the Florida Society of American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, Past Chief of Staff at Advent Hospital Deland, 2nd Vice President for the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association(FOMA), and awarded FOMA’s Physician of the Year for 2022.
