Cesia Abea is the Director of Finance for Clinical Site Partners, LLC – a Flourish Research Site. She has over 25 years of experience in Operations and Human Resources. Cesia has worked from an entry level to District level leadership positions, with a background in Training, Development and Employee Relations. Her career spans over several industries (i.e. retail, healthcare, finance), working in companies of all different sizes from a few to thousands of employees. She enjoys being challenged and being part of developing teams, to grow together towards a unified goal while celebrating individuality. Cesia is also passionate about working with underprivileged children in Nicaragua thru The Cristina M. Gomez Foundation, where she serves as a board member.
