Dementric Matthews is a pharmaceutical and life sciences industry executive with more than 25 years of global experience, almost half of which have been managing large global partnerships with a wide range of customers, from biotechnology to top 20 pharmaceutical companies. For the past year, he has worked for Syneos Health as a Vice President of Clinical Operations where he is responsible for strategic growth and clinical research policy development and oversight, in close partnership with clinical operations leaders across the organization. Dementric is also accountable for an operational infrastructure that underpins all clinical research activity at Syneos Health, while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements. He brings a wide range of experience and expertise including business development, clinical operations, decentralized trials, clinical research sites, patient engagement, FSPs and commercial services.
