Geri has worked in the pharma industry for over 25 years, and at Bayer for 14 of those years. She started at Bayer as the US R&D Controller and then moved into a role as Director in Resource Management. Here, she supports the Oncology clinical teams with multiple tasks surrounding budgeting and planning clinical trials. She also is the project lead at Bayer for implementing automatic payments to clinical sites in 18 countries. Geri holds an MBA in Finance from Monmouth University.
