Jeff joined Lilly in 1994 and has 28 years of clinical development and leadership experience. He believes external collaboration is vital to the success of the industry having led several cross-pharma initiatives via TransCelerate BioPharma on behalf of Lilly and disruptive innovations in support of the clinical research portfolio. Currently his focus is on developing recruitment and retention strategies across late phase studies leveraging novel technologies and decentralized approaches to reduce friction for both patients and sites.
