Jenny Mattingly, Senior Director, IQVIA has devoted most of her 20-year career to healthcare. She stepped into her role as Head of Avacare for IQVIA in 2020, where she is currently accountable for driving operational performance for a network of US clinical research sites and expanding the network both domestically and internationally. Prior to this role, she held roles at IQVIA Biotech as Senior Director, Strategic Global Delivery, and Global Head, Oversight Group Management for Novella Clinical, which was acquired by IQVIA. She joined the company from the Duke Clinical Research Institute, where she was primarily responsible for business growth and account development in several therapeutic areas.
