Lisa has been with PPD for over 20 years in roles in project management, strategic feasibility, proposal development and site collaborations, incorporating a collaborative strategy across multiple regions and departments. She currently serves as Executive Director, Patient Enrollment Optimization, which oversees patient-focused services such as patient recruitment and retention, recruitment strategy and site support, patient travel and reimbursement, home health care, and patient advocacy. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is home-based from Pittsboro, North Carolina.
