Dr Nick Probert is a Fellow of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine in the UK. He has worked in clinical research sites for the last 12 years and led medical departments in health-tech and small pharma companies. He is a registered specialist in Pharmaceutical Medicine, previously training as surgeon in the NHS. He has contributed to around 100 phase I-IV clinical studies, including First-in-Human trials and large-scale, late-phase programmes fulfilling roles such as a Sponsor, Principal Investigator and Chief Investigator, winning global awards for site performance along the way.
He is the Medical Director of EMS Healthcare, who have 30 dedicated research sites across a community-based mobile site network. They use specialist software and real-world data to identify ideal site locations to reach participants for specific indications and rely on robust systems to allow efficient scalability and to ensure GCP standards are met.
