Isaac earned a PhD in Health Science from the University of Surrey in the UK and a master’s degree in public health and management from the Brighton and Sussex Institute of Post-Graduate Medicine. He was honoured with the Rosemary Pope Fund Award for his outstanding contributions to healthcare education and practice. Over 19 years, Isaac has gained extensive clinical and leadership experience through roles in the NHS, the Blood and Transplant Service, Contract Research Organisations, and the Pharmaceutical Research Industry. His skills include helping organisations improve performance, boost productivity, and streamline operations. Throughout his career, Isaac has led efforts to restructure staffing and study delivery models, optimise workflows, and refine procedures for study setup and implementation, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and readiness for inspections. Isaac is passionate about advancing healthcare through innovative leadership and strategic improvements, achieved through both internal and external collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Outside work, Isaac is passionate about studying, discussing, debating philosophy and apologetics and the interface of religion and science from the Judeo-Christian perspective.
