I have more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. I have developed my career and main competences in clinical research and people management.
I have through out the years had different job roles covering the main operational aspects of the early and late stage development in both regional and local level with experience also in all therapeutic areas: oncology, Virology, Vaccines, Neuroscience among others.
As people manager, I am a person oriented leader. My purpose is to empower teams to achieve their vision and get positive and sustainable results to impact in patients’ life and in the society.
With a goal oriented and global a regional vision, I have the ability to manage large teams, projects and operations in different countries in Europe and Middle East. Leading high qualify teams with more that 200 people in Spain and Portugal. I have experience in transforming organizations and implemented successful strategies to improve and increase the business efficiency. My team is a reference in simplification and Agile in clinical operations.
I’m highly committed with building a diverse and more inclusive environment where people can create an environment of belonging, engagement, equity, for that since 2017, I’m Sponsor of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in MSD Spain and a core member of the EUCAN council.
