Xoli is responsible advancing Parexel’s drug development service offerings and ensuring delivery of innovative solutions for customers.
Xoli has more than 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in a range of roles, including clinical research, project management, and training and organizational development.
Xoli earned a bachelor’s degree in medical biochemistry at Brunel University and a master’s degree in neuroscience at Institute of Psychiatry, Kings College, both in London. She also holds a certificate in instructional design from Boston University.
