Eman leads and advises on large‑scale education, GCP training, and accreditation initiatives that build sustainable workforce capability, align with NCTGF and international ICH‑GCP standards, and promote the consistent, high‑quality conduct of clinical trials across Australia.
She is particularly passionate about advancing national standards, enabling capability at scale, and ensuring scientific and translational innovation delivers safe, ethical, and high‑quality clinical research with meaningful impact for patients and health systems.
