As an RHIT-certified professional, I specialize in navigating the complex intersection of clinical trials and payer policy — ensuring accurate coverage determinations, clean billing practices, and fair sponsor budgeting.
In my current role, I conduct detailed coverage analyses, collaborate closely with clinical research teams and financial analysts, provide coding and billing education, and collaborate with investigators, pharmacists, sponsors, and executives to support compliant, patient-centered research. I also manage investigator compensation and contribute to research billing protocol builds within Epic.
