Dr Amber Leah is the Medical Director for Paratus Clinical Research and is Principal Investigator for the Paratus Clinical Canberra site. Paratus Clinical Research is independent and purpose-built to conduct clinical trials in Australia, with a focus on better recruitment and high quality standards. Amber has worked on over 40 clinical trials across a broad range of therapeutic areas. She has experience working with contract research organisations as well as various pharmaceutical and biotech companies. She is responsible for the oversight and coordination of more than 10 investigators across the 4 Paratus Clinical sites in her Medical Director role. Amber has a science background working as a postgraduate chemist in drug design and development before moving in to medicine and research.
Amber balanced clinical trial work with General Practice before moving into full time trial work in early 2022.
