2025 Submission

Nomination Cirteria

Each complete submission will be evaluated against the following criteria by a panel of judges made up of SCRS Leadership Council and SCRS Senior Leadership members. Scorecards will be provided to assist with this objective process.

Requirements for submission. The submitted entity must:

  1. Be an active and current SCRS member in good standing
  2. Be a site that enrolls patients in clinical trials
  3. Complete and submit the nomination application in its entirety

Award Recipients Receive: 

  1. An announcement of their recipiency of the award
  2. A trophy awarded at the event
  3. A one-year membership scholarship
  4. An interview featured in one of SCRS’ future publications

 

Judging Criteria

Submissions will be asked to demonstrate how their organization has met the following criteria. The site:

  1. Has a deep insight and understanding into the meaning of patient-centricity
  2. Has a clear and defined organizational commitment to patient centricity, founded in objectives, processes, and practices
  3. Has demonstrated a commitment to patient centricity on more than one occasion through action and successful engagement
  4. Can demonstrate a continued development of patient-centric strategy, always growing and learning to be better
  5. Can demonstrate how these practices and strategies differentiate them from other sites
  6. Can illustrate the metrics, data, and outcomes associated with this strategy and how those lead to enhanced centricity
  7. Has shown true innovation in how they approach patient centricity, through out-of-the box thinking and creative use of resources
