Natalie Robertson is the Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Tribe Clinical Research, where she leads initiatives focused on cross-functional collaboration, strategic growth, and relationship building. Since Tribe’s formation in 2020, Natalie has played a key role in the company’s development, contributing to systems design, operational alignment, and meaningful partnerships that support long-term success.
With a background in both clinical operations and strategic leadership, Natalie brings a unique perspective to her work. She began her career at Tribe managing a pediatric-focused clinical research site, where she gained firsthand experience with the day-to-day realities of clinical research. From there, she moved into the role of Strategy & Communications Manager, overseeing project management, budget negotiations, and helping shape internal and external communication strategies during a period of rapid growth.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina, which has grounded her work in healthcare with a deep understanding of patient and provider perspectives. Natalie is committed to continuous growth and enjoys connecting with professionals who share an interest in thoughtful, purpose-driven work.
