Adele Stevenson-Lampard is Director of Patient Concierge Services at Syneos Health, where she leads global patient support operations spanning travel, reimbursement, visit scheduling and call centre services across more than 40 countries. Her work focuses on simplifying the experience of clinical trial participation for patients while aiming to ease the operational burden placed on research sites.
Adele’s career bridges patient advocacy, site engagement and global operational leadership, including time working with Cancer Research UK. She is particularly passionate about reducing patient burden and designing solutions that genuinely work outside of theory. Adele regularly speaks at industry events on patient-centred trial design, integrated service models and improving site efficiency through thoughtful use of technology.
