Before founding UniTriTeam, Alexandra served as President and COO of Artemis Institute for Clinical Research, now a Headlands Research site, where she led operational growth and site expansion. She also directed Centralized Patient Recruitment at Headlands Research, implementing data-driven strategies and artificial intelligence to improve patient enrollment and retention across multiple sites.
At UniTriTeam, Alexandra focuses on delivering technology support services that optimize site performance. As a preferred partner of CRIO, UniTriTeam specializes in systems integration, artificial intelligence solutions, and process automation to reduce waste, improve data accuracy, and increase revenue for clinical research sites. The team ensures seamless CRIO integration, e-Source creation, E-Regulatory support, and API integrations, allowing sites to maximize efficiency and data management.
In addition to technology solutions, UniTriTeam offers regulatory support, data entry, patient recruitment administration, and IT consulting to support sites’ operational needs.
