Amy Henderson, head of clinical operations at Paradigm Clinical Research, brings over 15 years of clinical and operational experience. Dedicated to improving patient outcomes, she has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and expanding Paradigm’s capabilities since August 2022. In this role, Amy provides direct leadership and mentorship to staff, designs and implements clinical operations structures, oversees budget reviews, protocol implementation, and patient recruitment strategies.
An expert in building clinical research sites from the ground up, Amy has worked to create and implement a comprehensive playbook for De novo site development, ensuring consistency and operational excellence across all locations.
Before joining Paradigm, Amy held key positions at Frenova Research. Over her tenure there she was instrumental in turning around underperforming sites, improving processes and influencing culture in this large clinical research organization. Amy participated in bid defense, ensured audit-readiness, negotiated contracts, and maintained high standards of subject safety and data quality, while meeting targets.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in organizational leadership with a certificate in conflict management from Boise State University, an associate of science in biology from the College of Western Idaho, a medical assistant certification from Carrington College, and a clinical research certification from ACRP.
