His work centers on helping companies turn data into practical insights and scalable digital solutions.
He currently serves as Head of Data, Analytics & AI at IT Squad, where he leads the development of modern data platforms, advanced analytics capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions supporting enterprise and healthcare environments. In this role, he works with organizations to design data architectures, implement analytics strategies, and identify practical AI use cases that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
Prior to joining IT Squad, Andrzej held senior data and analytics roles at Accenture and Pandora, where he contributed to large-scale data transformation initiatives for international organizations. His experience includes designing enterprise data platforms, implementing advanced analytics and enabling data-driven decision-making across complex business environments.
