A graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw, she has been a dedicated professional in the clinical research industry since 1998. Her career has seen her advance through various roles including People Manager and Associate Director in Clinical Operations Dep. Since 2005 she joined PPD Thermo Fisher Scientific. In this role, she oversees the training, mentoring, and management of a team of Monitors and Managers. She also organizes collaborations with trial site networks and manages educational activities and relationships with patient organizations. She is highly passionate about decentralized research and the innovative solution planning and management of clinical trials. Her involvement with the Association for GCPpl began in 2000, now she as Vice President. She co-organizes key activities for GCPpl, including the ‘Ambassadors of Clinical Trials’ program, partnerships with the Ministry of Health, and the coordination of training sessions and professional meetings, such as the annual International Clinical Trials Day conferences.

Since 2007, she has been a lecturer in postgraduate programs and industry conferences and symposia focused on clinical research. Additionally, she is a co-author of several notable publications and articles on clinical research, including the textbook “Clinical Research – Practice, Law, Ethics,” published in 2024.
