Angela Fritsche is the Enterprise Administrator for Clinical Research at the Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center (MCCCC) and has over 20 years of experience in academic medical centers and higher education research institutions. She joined the MCCCC 6 years ago as the operations manager for the Cancer Clinical Trials Office at the location in Rochester with her primary focus on study activation and study conduct. She managed protocol development and study conduct and navigated clinical trials through the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and great resignation. During her tenure, MCCCC clinical research has successfully transformed operations and oversight of the 3-site comprehensive cancer center at the Mayo Clinic including decreasing National Cancer Institute activation timelines and increasing accruals.
Ms. Fritsche received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Human Resources Management and a Master of Public Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Administration from West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV. In 2024, she completed a Graduate Certificate in Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Leadership at Harvard University, Cambridge, MA.
