Prior to joining Parexel as Senior Director, Site Alliance, Therapeutic Networks, Angela was a Senior Director of a global site relationship programme for a large CRO for 5 years. Angela has extensive experience across, feasibility, proposals, and budgets. During this time, she led the development of relationships, integrated new process, and reorganised her departments resulting in a functioning, motivated and coordinated team.
Angela has an extensive background in oncology nursing, she finished her nursing career as the lead Breast Cancer research Nurse, where she quickly identified potential recruitment opportunities across 2 other hospital sites, which resulted in an increase in patient recruitment and future research opportunities for the trust. She also has sales and marketing experience as she was the Oncology Product Manager for a range of portfolios for a pharmaceutical company During her time as Product manager, Angela successfully identified potentially new segments of the market in which to place her products, motivated and gained the buy of the sales team to increase market share.
