Ashley Moultrie is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience driving health equity through clinical research. As Director of DEI & Community Engagement, Ashley is responsible for leadership and oversight of Javara’s commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion practices internally, in the industry, and in the communities we serve. She works with leaders at all levels of the organization to provide strategic direction and build partnerships to advance DEI practices, increase access to clinical trials for underrepresented populations, and champion Clinical Research as a Care Option (CRAACO) for all.

Before transitioning into this role, Ashley led operational efforts for all clinical research activities conducted within Javara healthcare partner organizations. Prior to this, she managed clinical trial operations for community-based oncology practice institutions and investigator-initiated community-based research.

A strong advocate for social justice and diversity in clinical research, Ashley is a member of the ACRP Diversity Advisory Council, the ACRP Partners for Advancing Clinical Research Workforce, and a board member of ACT UP Drama Inc.
