Aunna Nakazawa is a Vice President of Customer Success who has worn many hats at OneStudyTeam since joining in 2019. She has worked on the implementation of StudyTeam across hundreds of trials, dozens of sponsor partners, and the adoption by 10,000 sites and counting across the globe. She led the expansion of StudyTeam to 110+ countries, built a variety of internal support teams, and co-leads the Customer Success team with a mission to deliver best-in-class value and insight to drastically reduce enrollment timelines. Aunna has spent her career working across a spectrum of innovative solutions in healthcare. This ranges from founding a social enterprise in Bangalore, India that tackled gender inequity and menstrual hygiene through culturally relevant experiential education programming and launching a customer tiering and eLearning program for a pre-IPO healthcare company. She is passionate about building market-based solutions and data-driven approaches to tackle global health challenges.
