Daniela Martinez holds a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and has been recently certified as ontological coach, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
With over 24 years of extensive experience in the clinical research field, Daniela has been an integral part of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Clinical Research Group (CRG) since 2004. In her current role as Associate Director, she oversees the monitoring of the Full-Service Outsourcing (FSO) model in Argentina, ensuring the highest standards of clinical deliverables.
Daniela is known for her leadership in fostering collaboration and promoting diversity within her teams to achieve excellence. She has played a pivotal role in various clinical operations strategies aimed at enhancing business outcomes, serving as both a participant and counselor.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Daniela is passionate about outdoor activities, sports, mindfulness, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
