Darious Davis is a seasoned clinical research professional with a strong background in business development and trial operations. After a short stint in nursing, Darious transitioned into clinical research, where he has since built deep expertise in cultivating partnerships with contract research organizations, as well as pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies. He currently serves as Senior Director of Business Development at CenExel Research, a leading integrated research organization specializing in high-quality clinical trials across a wide range of therapeutic areas. Prior to this, Darious held key roles at Datacubed Health and Meridian Clinical Research.
Darious is deeply committed to expanding access to clinical trials across diverse communities, with a focus on improving public health outcomes and ensuring that innovation in medicine is inclusive and equitable. He is passionate about driving forward the clinical research industry and believes in the power of collaboration and science to transform lives. Darious finds continuous inspiration in the people he works alongside—driven minds united by a shared goal of advancing healthcare and making a difference in the world.
Outside of work, Darious enjoys staying active and is currently training to run the Chicago Marathon on October 12. An avid traveler, he finds joy in exploring new places and cultures, and often spends time unwinding in the natural beauty of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. These personal passions fuel his energy and perspective, both personally and professionally.
