As the Associate Director of Clinical Study Site Payments at Takeda, she leads strategic initiatives to optimize investigator payments and improve site satisfaction. Throughout her career – spanning both CRO & Sponsor environments – Heidi has consistently championed process improvements, mentored cross-functional teams, and delivered high-quality financial outcomes for complex global studies.
