Jennifer Lehman, Rph and Pharm D, is the CEO of Tribe Clinical Research, a rapidly growing multi-site clinical research organization based in South Carolina. A pharmacist by training, Jenn brings a unique combination of healthcare experience, operational leadership, and an entrepreneurial approach to building clinical research sites.
Since helping establish Tribe Clinical Research in 2020, Jenn has led the organization’s growth from a single research operation into a multi-site network conducting both adult and pediatric clinical trials across a broad range of therapeutic areas. Tribe’s model includes both dedicated research sites and partnerships that embed clinical research within established medical practices, expanding access to trials while allowing patients to remain connected to physicians and communities they already know and trust.
Jenn is particularly passionate about building sustainable research sites through strong culture, operational discipline, physician partnerships, and an exceptional patient experience. She believes the long-term success of the site industry depends on creating research organizations that can deliver for sponsors while making clinical trials a more accessible and natural extension of community healthcare.
