Joanne White is Associate Director, Resilience and Regional Clinical Operations at Moderna, where she supports strategic partnerships with investigative sites, contributes to feasibility and site selection, and helps drive successful clinical trial delivery across Australia and New Zealand. With more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, she brings deep expertise in clinical operations, site engagement, project and program leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Prior to joining Moderna, Joanne held positions at Pfizer, Novotech, Roche, Accenture, Phase Forward, GSK, and Ipsen Pharmaceuticals. Her experience spans global and regional clinical operations, clinical informatics, project and program management, and executive business leadership, with a strong track record of building site relationships, leading operational improvement, and delivering complex clinical and business initiatives.
She holds an MBA, an MPhil in Research, and a BSc (Hons) in Physiology, along with postgraduate studies in Dietetics and change management accreditations
