Emeritus Research is an independent clinical research centre, first opening in Melbourne in the 1990s under the direction of Prof Stephen Hall; it was a small practice that focused primarily on Rheumatology trials. Since then, the site and company has grown exponentially, increasing its staff to just over 100 people and expanding out of Victoria to open a Sydney based site.
