Currently, my role focuses on site engagement and project management. In the site engagement area I serve as global lead for a large site engagement program in cardiovascular, managing a global team of directors and associate directors. At a regional level, I’m responsible for site engagement in oncology – developing site engagement solutions and strategies and providing consultancy to local teams.
Project management responsibility ranges from regional congress engagement, management of clinical site network over supporting local times by leveraging site support services.
