Her primary focus has been on leading teams to deliver complex clinical protocols, executing strategies that drive operational excellence, and end-to-end solutioning to optimize product value and time to market. A large component of her work has been transformational solutions to identify real-world evidence gaps and translate these needs into robust strategies that ultimately create asset value and better patient outcomes. Kasey is well-known as an ambassador for health equity and patient diversity in clinical trials. At Sanofi, she drives global strategies to increase clinical trial access among underserved communities and is focused on creating sustainable collaborations with external partners to foster inclusion through innovation and capacity building.
