Kathy Mickel is the Learning Solutions Lead for the Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS), playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing SCRS events and educational programs, including the SCRS Oncology Program.
Leveraging her extensive industry experience across sites, CROs and pharmaceutical organizations, Kathy delivers engaging learning and collaboration opportunities for the clinical research community. Kathy has thrived in Clinical Operations, excelling in site-facing roles across a variety of therapeutic areas as well as HR roles within pharma organizations.
Outside of her role with SCRS, Kathy showcases her versatile leadership by supporting her family’s industrial landscape business and offering Yoga Teacher Training. She aims to inspire a pursuit of personal and professional growth, excellence, and a relentless commitment to one’s passions.
