As the founder and CEO of Research Works, Inc., a boutique network of clinical trial research sites spanning New Orleans to Puerto Rico, Kaye has spent over 15 years on the frontlines of site innovation. She launched her first research center, Women Under Study, in 2009 with a mission to close health equity gaps in women’s care—and she’s been breaking barriers ever since.
In 2024, Research Works INC received the prestigious MAGI Award and was named a finalist for the SCRS SPARK Innovation Award for Research Works On Wheels—a mobile research unit built inside a Mercedes van that transforms any medical office into a fully operational clinical trial site. Research Works on Wheels has recently been approved as a stand-alone site by forward-thinking sponsors like Sanofi, and Advarra has designated it as an IBC-approved pharmacy—ushering in a new era of decentralized access to research.
Now, Kaye is pushing the industry further with the launch of CRAi (Clinical Research Avatar Intelligence), a next-generation clinical trial automation platform co-founded with Thinkhat Venture Studio, designed to streamline protocol compliance, reduce staff burden, and revolutionize site operations.
