Kelly White leads the Global Trial Optimization group for Merck & Co., Inc.. She is responsible for the team that conducts clinical program pre-feasibility, feasibility, and execution support planning on behalf of the Global Clinical Trial Operations organization. She has been instrumental in adding clinical insight and data driven rigor to GCTO contributions to strategic planning and delivery. She has pioneered both enterprise and therapeutic area approaches to clinical trial awareness and digital recruitment strategies on behalf of GCTO. The GTO team serves to enable important GCTO initiatives to drive diverse enrollment and support key clinical site partnerships on behalf of our company. She has more than 35 years of nursing and clinical research experience. She holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from Bloomsburg and Drexel universities, respectively.
