Kristof Hadi is Associate Director, Study Site Engagement at Takeda, leading a regional team that supports clinical research sites across 12 Central and Eastern European countries. With more than 15 years of experience in clinical research, he focuses on strengthening sponsor–site collaboration, improving enrollment, and helping sites operate more efficiently in increasingly complex trials. He currently manages a team of four, partnering with sites to address operational hurdles and drive sustainable performance.
Kristof is also a member of the SCRS European Site Solution Summit Planning Committee, contributing a sponsor side and regional perspective to shaping the program.

His career has spanned Takeda (via the acquisition of Shire and Baxalta), Baxter, Roche, Pfizer, and Wyeth, in roles including Enrollment Liaison Manager, Clinical Trial Project Manager, Regional Study Manager, and CRA. He has overseen trials in Hungary, Central and Eastern Europe, and in the broader European region.

Kristof holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a Master’s degree in Health Care Management from Semmelweis University in Budapest. He is particularly interested in practical, technology enabled solutions—including AI driven tools—that reduce the administrative burden on sites while protecting confidentiality and compliance.
