Lisa brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare and drug development, combining clinical expertise with strategic leadership. She holds dual degrees—a Bachelor of Science in Communications and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)—and has consistently leveraged her background as a Registered Nurse to drive innovation and operational excellence throughout her career.

Lisa began her career as an RN specializing in Infertility and In Vitro Fertilization, gaining firsthand insight into the transformative power of research-driven advancements. Transitioning into drug development, she has spent over two decades excelling in diverse leadership roles across the industry. Her journey began at an SMO, where she held multiple positions before moving into the CRO sector, where she contributed to several organizations in key leadership capacities. Additionally, Lisa played a pivotal role in a major patient recruitment organization, developing innovative strategies to address complex enrollment challenges.

At Fortrea, Lisa led the Americas Project Management team for three years, overseeing critical initiatives that enhanced operational efficiencies and project delivery. Currently, she serves as the Global Head of Site Partnerships at Fortrea.
