Malgorzata is both a doctor and an MBA graduate with over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry (Merck,Sharp &Dohme, Servier), and +15 years in clinical trials. She successfully developed a private research site in Krakow, Poland as a unique model of a specialized oncohematology unit, which joined the elite class of research centers highly valued by local and global pharmaceutical companies and CROs.
Joining a global SMO Pratia as a Site Managing Director as well as an Innovation & Development Team Lead, she supported the company in digitalization, becoming the first Product Owner of Hyggio – merger of eSource, CTMS & eTMF systems.
Currently she is responsible for Pratia sites and oncology units in southern part of Poland, constantly improving processes in clinical trials, developing business and people, working on further expansion.
Acting for the clinical research community in Poland, she is a member of the Board of the Polish Society of Good Clinical Practice (GCPpl) and a lecturer at postgraduate studies at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland.
