Paula Lee is a registered hospital pharmacist with over 20 years of experience, specializing in clinical trials and investigational drug services. She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research from the University of Melbourne.
Paula was an expert reviewer for the Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) at Eastern Health for over 11 years. She also served on the Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia (SHPA) Committee of Specialty Practice for Clinical Trials and the Clinical Trials Leadership Committee.
Currently serving as Senior Clinical Trials Pharmacist at Eastern Health, Paula leads a team of seven and oversees more than 200 active studies across multiple therapeutic areas and clinical sites. She is deeply committed to evidence-based practice and innovative approaches that expand treatment options and improve patient outcomes.
