Rachana is a certified clinical research leader with a Master’s in Biotechnology and over a decade of experience in clinical operations, research methodology, and process optimization. Formerly a leader at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, she managed diverse research portfolios, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence in clinical trials. Additionally, she currently serves as President of the ACRP Atlanta Chapter, promoting education and collaboration within the clinical research community, and mentors aspiring researchers through Morehouse’s CRC program. Outside of work, she enjoys acrylic painting, walking her cream golden retriever puppy, and exploring new culinary experiences.
