Whilst there he learnt the value of understanding his B2B customers’ business challenges and making their consumer journey the absolute focus. Over five years ago, Richie made the jump into the life sciences industry joining Veeva and leveraging these learnings to help sponsors and CROs become more efficient and patient focused.
