Dr. Samir Arora is a physician, experienced Principal Investigator, and clinical research entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in clinical research. He founded Aventiv Research, growing it from a single research site into a multi-site clinical research organization before its combination with Centricity Research, where he continued to help build and scale one of North America’s leading clinical research site networks.
Dr. Arora is now the founder and CEO of Assured Clinical Research, where he is building a transatlantic clinical research network spanning the United States and United Kingdom. A central theme throughout his career has been developing people alongside organizations. He is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders, building high-performing teams, and creating strong organizational cultures where people can grow, take ownership, and do their best work.
His work continues to focus on strengthening research sites, developing exceptional research professionals, and expanding patient access to high-quality clinical trials.
