Shay has worked in the healthcare sector for over 15 years, beginning as a Registered Pharmacist in 2011, before moving to a CRO as a Submissions Specialist in 2015 where she discovered her passion in getting therapies to patients sooner. Shay is currently a Senior Clinical Manager leading the Start-Up team where she oversees various studies across multiple phases and therapeutic areas. Shay has a particular interest in Advanced Therapies (including Cell and Gene therapy) and regularly shares local regulation and site capability intelligence with global and local sponsors to increase Australian involvement and opportunities in advanced therapy trials.
