With 14 years of experience in the Clinical Research industry and an additional 15 years in organizational development across various industries, Sonja brings a unique blend of expertise. She began her career in Data Management with a small CRO and steadily progressed to a CRA role. In 2014, she joined IQVIA as a CRA and quickly transitioned to a Line Management position within Clinical FSP operations. Her leadership skills led to her promotion to Associate Director, where she oversees teams of Line Managers, CRAs, Project Managers, and CTAs. Sonja’s experience extends across APAC countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and South East Asia.
Passionate about driving innovation in clinical research, Sonja believes in collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning.
