Tim serves as the Vice President, Head of Operational Strategy at PPD, a division of Thermo Fisher Scientific. In this role, he leads global initiatives in Strategic Site Collaborations, Strategic Feasibility, and operational strategies across all of PPD’s Therapeutic Units and trial phases. With over 30 years of extensive experience in clinical trials, Tim has demonstrated progressive expertise from site-level operations to executive leadership, encompassing various functions and departments. Known for his visionary approach, Tim is an executive champion for multiple enterprise projects and cross-departmental collaborations, significantly contributing to the reduction of site burdens and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
