Tom has worked in the clinical research industry for over 20 years. He has experience in Phase I through Phase IV trials across many indications. He started as an entry level study coordinator at a university and progressed steadily to the level of an Associate Director of clinical research at a sponsor. He has a strong background in trial oversight from the site, CRO, and Sponsor levels. At each of these levels he has strived to bring an atmosphere of collegiality and leadership by example. Tom is currently with UCB Biosciences where he is a Clinical Site Management Team lead where he oversees a global team of Clinical Site Managers while also working to advance UCBs site management processes and systems across the UCB portfolio. Tom is currently based in Cleveland, Ohio and enjoys travel, sports, and spending time with family.
